The Service offers different user roles (Admin, Manager, Field Crew) with varying permissions. The account administrator is responsible for managing user access and permissions within their organization.
We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details of current plans are available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
New users may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be deleted.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including photos, documents, and work order data (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display the content as necessary to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of uploading it. You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and share the content.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hayvee and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or software without our express written permission.
Our Service includes AI-powered features for generating invoices, bid reports, and task suggestions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided “as is” and you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated output before use.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAYVEE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hayvee and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
